| Popis výsledku v původním jazyce | Nach der Errichtung des Protektorats Böhmen und Mähren im März 1939 wurde schrittweise die Lebensmittel- und Güterrationierung eingeführt, was einen tiefen Einschnitt in die Wirtschaftspraktiken der lokalen Bevölkerung darstellte. Jan Vondráček zeichnet die Geschichte der alltäglichen Implementierung der neuen Gesetze, Kundmachungen und Regierungsverordnungen „vor Ort“ durch die Beamten am Beispiel des politischen Bezirks Kladno nach. Er entwickelt dabei einen innovativen Ansatz, serielle Quellen der lokalen Verwaltung für Fragestellungen der Alltagsgeschichte zugänglich zu machen. Durch die Verwendung einer eigens für das der Arbeit zugrunde liegende umfangreiche Quellenkorpus programmierten Software ist er in der Lage, sämtliche Übertretungen der geltenden Vorschriften auf dem Gebiet der gelenkten Wirtschaft im Bezirk Kladno in einer digitalen Datenbank zu erfassen und mit zahlreichen weiteren Quellen anderer Gattungen zu verknüpfen. |

After the establishment of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia in March 1939, food and goods rationing was gradually introduced, which represented a deep cut in the economic practices of the local population. Jan Vondráček traces the history of the day-to-day implementation of the new laws, proclamations, and government decrees “on the ground” by officials using the example of the political district of Kladno. In doing so, he develops an innovative approach to making serial sources of local administration accessible for questions of everyday history. By using software specially programmed for the extensive corpus of sources on which the work is based, he is able to record all transgressions of the regulations in force in the field of the controlled economy in the Kladno district in a digital database and to link them with numerous other sources of other genres. |
